For nearly 20 years, Nu Fangled Images has helped preserve the memories of thousands of families and customers across Northwest Arkansas and throughout the United States. From home movies and photographs to film, slides, negatives and audio recordings, we specialize in carefully transferring older media into formats that can be enjoyed, shared and preserved for generations to come.
Unlike many large mail-in transfer services, your memories stay right here in our Fayetteville shop from the time you drop them off until the time you pick them up. Nothing is shipped to an outside facility unless you’ve shipped an order to us and would like it returned by mail. That means more personal care, direct access to the people actually doing the work, and average turnaround times of around 5 business days.
We take the responsibility of handling irreplaceable family memories seriously, and we stand behind the work we do. Whether you’re bringing us a single tape or an entire family archive, every project is handled with the same goal: to preserve it carefully and get those memories back into your hands.
I know that home movies and photos are the kinds of things that seem safe tucked away in a closet somewhere. That’s where we had ours, too. But I believe these memories are priceless to the people we love and should be preserved and shared for future generations. They’re not just home movies, pictures or slides—they’re proof that we were here, and they’re part of the legacy we’ll leave behind.
I started Nu Fangled Images because I knew how important it was to preserve my own family’s memories, and I believed other people would feel the same way. I started this business thinking we would provide an important service to our community, but over nearly 20 years, I’ve learned that what we do means much more than that.
Witnessing our customers’ joy as they rediscover and preserve their memories has been truly contagious. It has made us realize that this work is meaningful not only to them, but also to their children, grandchildren and loved ones who will have those memories for years to come. Having a small part in making that possible has been tremendously fulfilling.
